Sie Iyeneomi holds a B-Tech degree in Chemical/Petrochemical Engineering from the Rivers State University of Science & Technology, Port Harcourt and MBA Management from the University of Bradford, UK (in view) Certification in International Oil Supply & Trading; Refining & Transportation; Tanker Ownership, Chartering and Operations, all from the Oxford Princeton Program. Oxford, UK. He is also a certified Oracle Database Administrator. An expert in Financial and Market Risk Management, his experience as a banker span over 12 years in multi-varied areas of Investment and finance where he established himself in Risk Management, Corporate and Project Financing.

Until his recent position as CEO of AB Petroleum, he worked as Special Adviser on Investments & Financing to The Honorable Commissioner of Finance Bayelsa State, and as a Consultant to WEIBORO MARINE SERVICES (A vessel chartering, management and operating company with vast interest in International oil Supply & Trading). He was also at some time, an executive assistant to the Executive Director South Bank of Oceanic Bank Int’l Plc, in charge of Business Development and Project Financing.

He has attended various programs and worked with consultants in areas like Finance, Investment, and Business Development both locally and internationally, including Finance for Senior Executive at HBS, Project Finance at the London Business School, Mckensy Consulting USA, Infosys India, IBFCAgusto& Co Lagos, VIP Consulting Lagos etc. Sie is a member of RIMAN (Risk Management Association of Nigeria), student member ACCA, UK, Associate Member, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Born on the 4th of December 1974, Mr. Sie Iyeneomi has personal interest and hobbies in Music, Traveling, Reading and Writing and investment. He is happily married with a child.

Dr. Joe Mekiliuwa holds a B.Sc. Computer Science degree from the University of Benin, Benin City; Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Computer Science from the University of Lagos; Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from University of Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State; Master’s Degree in International Law and Diplomacy M.(ILD) from the University of Lagos, Lagos; Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Management from Aldersgate University College, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines, etc.; an Alumnus of Lagos Business School, Lagos, and Alumnus of London Business School, UK, etc.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (FCS), a member, of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (UK), a Fellow, of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR),
He was General Manager and Divisional Head (Business Development & Corporate Services), and General Manager / Divisional Head (IT/Operations) for several years in the Central Securities Clearing System of the Nigerian Stock Exchange where he was also one of the pioneer staff. He was involved in various Capital market initiatives and projects in Nigeria, Africa, and Global CSD Associations of ANNA Numbering Agencies.

He served as the Chairman of, the Technical Committee for the African Exchanges Linkage Project and was also the Technical Chairman of West African Capital Market Integration (WACMIC). He is a Council Member of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR), a member of the Board of Trustees, FMDQ Exchange Investor Protection Fund, a Current Board Member of Emerging Africa Capital Group
He was the pioneer Managing Director of FMDQ Depository Limited and is currently the Technical Adviser to FMDQ Stock Exchange Group and Non-Executive Director of FMDQ Depository Limited.

A Solicitor and Advocate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, he holds an LLM degree from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, with a specialization in secured credit transactions and comparative company law. He has had over three (3) decades of work experience in various financial institutions.

He cut his teeth in banking at Nigerian American Merchant Bank Limited and thereafter worked at various times with Victory Merchant Bank Ltd., Industrial & General Insurance Co. Ltd., Standard Trust Bank Ltd., and Asset Plus Finance Ltd., where he resigned as an Executive Director. Over the years, he has acquired vast skills and experience in legal and corporate services, equipment leasing, corporate banking, and credit administration. He has attended various courses and seminars in various areas of banking, credit, equipment leasing, and energy, among others.

He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), the Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN), an Associate Member of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria, a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration (ICA), and the Institute of Directors (IOD). He holds an MBA degree from Business School Netherlands (BSN) and is adequately equipped for transformational leadership with various certifications (CLS, BSSE, LCOR, etc.). He is also an alumnus of Harvard Business School and Lagos Business School.
He is an entrepreneur with a passion for building strategic business enterprises and a great drive for excellence at all levels.

Mr. Peter is an astute businessman with over 3 decades’ worth of experience. A man of many talents, Mr. Omotara went from the Health Sector to obtaining a Diploma in Marketing, an Advanced Diploma in Management Studies from the Centre for Marketing & Management Studies, Tooting Bec, London; and thereafter, a master’s degree in Commerce from the prestigious University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK. Since then, he has successfully run a manufacturing and supplies company with a workforce that runs into hundreds of people.

His wealth of experience is an enormous addition to our company.

A sales professional with over 24 years’ broad experience in telecommunication, sales, marketing and business Development, Capital market and investment advisory services. Mr. Olayemi started his career in 1998 with Speakeezee Cellular & Paging System, where he went from the position of Accountant to Inventory Manager and then to Sales/Dealer manager. He then moved to Integrated Microfinance Bank (IMFB) as a pioneer staff member, he rose from the position of Unit Head to Branch Manager.
In 2008, he joined Cashcraft Asset Management Limited (a member of the Nigeria Stock Exchange), where he advanced from Relationship Manager to the role of Branch Manager. His excellent customer relations and management skill with high performing customer contact service are just some of the traits responsible for his being recognized with the award of Best Manager of the year 2013 and 2014 respectively, out of 24 Branch Managers.

In 2015, he was promoted to the noble position, as the Group Head, Retail & Business Development (Management Level) due to his zeal, empathy and enthusiasm in putting observable high level of energy to achieving the company’s budget and profitability. In 2019, Dele joined Capitalfield Asset management company Limited and served as Head, Marketing & Business Development and was later appointed Business Head of the company.

Mr. Olayemi is a graduate of Kwara State Polytechnic Ilorin, with a Higher National Diploma in Accounting and also holds an MBA Degree in Human Resources Management from the Lagos State University. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Institute of Cost Management of Nigeria, a sponsored Individual with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and student member, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN PE 11) He has attended numerous Leadership and business development trainings. He currently occupies the position as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Capitalfield Asset Management Ltd.

Fredrick Oluranti Ajayi is an experienced salesman with over a decade experience in business development and relationship management spanning commercial banking, microfinance banking, insurance and Oil & Gas sectors. He commenced his banking career at Equitorial Trust Bank Limited before joining Legacy Skye Banking Bank (now Polaris Bank Limited) has Team Lead, Small Business Group. He later served as a Relationship Manager, Business Banking Division, Access Bank Plc. During his banking years, he excelled at creating diverse high value credit transactions for SMEs and Corporates, fund management, merchant/agency banking, all founded on excellent relationship management.

Prior to his role at Capitalfield Asset Management Company Limited (CAMCO), he also had a brief stint at AXA Mansard Insurance Plc and Pentagon Securities Limited.
Fredrick is a graduate of Microbiology from the University of Lagos (Unilag) with an MBA in Finance & Investment from Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria.

Benedict brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role as the Head of Fixed Income at Capitalfield Asset Management. With a strong educational background, including a first degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Financial Forecasting and Investment from the prestigious University of Glasgow, Scotland, Benedict has honed his skills in the financial sector for over a decade. Prior to joining CAMCO, Benedict spent three years at Skye Bank, where he excelled in sales and marketing, laying the foundation for his career in finance. Subsequently, Benedict transitioned to Diamond Bank where he worked at the Treasury and Financial Institution unit of the bank as a local currency dealer, managing liquidity and trading fixed income securities. Benedict’s tenure at Diamond Bank allowed him to develop a deep understanding of financial markets and risk management strategies.

While at Diamond Bank Plc, Benedict was part of the derivatives team where he helped structure diverse derivative hedging products and services. His expertise was further expanded during his time at Beta Mix, where he traded fixed income securities and commodities. After leaving Beta Mix, Benedict joined STI Asset Management as the Head of Investment and Trading briefly before joining CAMCO. Benedict is a licensed OTC dealer by ACI Financial Markets Association France.

At CAMCO, Benedict leads with a strategic vision, leveraging his comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience to drive investment initiatives fixed income securities and deliver superior results for our clients and our firm. His leadership, coupled with his analytical prowess and market insights, positions Capitalfield Asset Management for continued success in the ever-evolving financial landscape.

With a bachelor’s degree in history and Diplomatic Studies from Tai Solarin University of Education, MBA in Finance from the University of Lagos and a Chartered Accountant (ACA), he has developed a strong foundation in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management. Oluwafemi Okuboyejo is a results-driven Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in financial management, accounting, and investment operations across the oil and gas servicing, financial services, and NGO sectors. He is proficient in SAP, Zanibal, Oracle, Zoho, Quick-Books, and other financial systems, streamlining financial operations through automation. His analytical skills enable him to resolve operational challenges while optimizing efficiency. He also has strong people management abilities, fostering collaboration and providing training to enhance team performance.

Before assuming his role as the Head, Financial Control at Capitalfield Asset Management Company Limited, He served as Assistant Finance Manager at Samsung Heavy Industries Nigeria Limited where he led financial reporting, budget planning, cash flow management, tax compliance, and stakeholder relationship management activities. He also served as Accountant at Meristem Wealth Management Limited where he undertook responsibilities such as Liquidity Management, Investment Management, Settlements, Financial Reporting and managing strategic stakeholder relations. Oluwafemi specializes in preparing IFRS-compliant financial reporting, budget planning, cash flow management, tax compliance.
